Kolter Urban has named the team and a fourth-quarter 2026 construction target for Fourteen Park, a roughly 20-story tower with about 100 condos at 250 14th Street in Midtown. Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio is the architect, with IDDI handling interiors and DWELL44 the amenity spaces.
The site previously belonged to Toll Brothers, whose denser tower concept drew a neighborhood petition before Kolter bought the property for $11 million in late 2025.
Why it matters
It would be Midtown's first new for-sale condo tower since before the pandemic, adding ownership inventory one block from Piedmont Park.
