Overview

Woodfield Development plans to replace part of North River Shopping Center at 8830 Roswell Road with apartments, townhomes, retail, restaurants and a public park. Sandy Springs announced city incentives on August 18, 2026. The announced plan includes 336 apartments, 85 townhomes and a 0.71-acre park; construction remains subject to acquisition and development conditions.
