Toro Development Company opened preleasing this week for Prelude at Medley, the first residential building inside its 43-acre, $560 million Medley district in Johns Creek. The one- and two-bedroom apartments sit within walking distance of shops and restaurants that have already opened at Medley, including Trader Joe's, Shake Shack and Sephora.
Medley replaces a defunct State Farm office campus at Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road with 883 total residences, a 150-room boutique hotel, 110,000 square feet of office space and a 25,000-square-foot plaza meant to host up to 200 events a year.
The district anchors Johns Creek's 192-acre Town Center plan, with a grand opening set for October 29 and first move-ins November 1.
